Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out Monday-Wednesday to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. Please be sure to include a complete and accurate mailing address as we will not be responsible for any mail delivered to an incorrect address or returned to sender. If you accidentally leave information out of your address, please email us immediately at escentialthings@gmail.com so that we can attempt to contact the post office on your behalf to correct the mistake. 

Please use the tracking number sent to you via email to track your package(s). If the delivery time exceeds 9 business days from the shipping date, please contact us via email at escentialthings@gmail.com and we will do our best to track your package.

We will do our best to package your order securely so that your items are not damaged. We use recycled material for packaging so please keep that in mind when receiving your orders.
